WBD is looking for a detail-oriented, data driven individual who thrives in a fast paced, agile environment to join the Media StrategyMarketing team. This role is essential in supporting the execution of full funnel paid media campaigns across company lines of business and third-party partners.
The Job
Act as a strategic link between internal stakeholders, third-party partners and agencies, for planning, managing,executing and reporting full funnel and acquisition campaigns in all media touchpoints, including purchase authorizations, tracking reports, media buy changes, creative specifications, etc.
The Daily
1. Planning and executing marketing campaigns, alsoin partnership withlocal and affiliate partners, and influencers.
2. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
3. Managing the end-to-end process of campaign execution, including planning, creative development, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
4. Providing optimization and recommendations throughout the campaign.
5. Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with media partners and affiliate partners.
6. Creating and managingmedia strategies and partner marketing programs, including setting commission model and promotional strategies.
7. Providingcontinuous support and resources to partners to maximize their performance and contribution to business growth.
8. Tracking, analyzing and reportingcampaigns performance forall platforms, using different analytics tools.
9. Supporting and suggesting A/B testing to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs.
10. Supporting all execution aspects of the campaign management processes – campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; consoles setting up; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting.
11. Ensuring proper pacing and execution of campaigns, working with Creative Services and Marketing local teams to request, test, and optimizecurrent assets based on media insights.
12. Reporting for post-campaign presentations and providing insights to internal teams.
The Essentials
13. Bachelor's Degree isrequired.
14. 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media marketing, including partnership development and affiliate partners, ideally within an entertainment or DTC company or agency.
15. Strong understanding of paid media touchpoints management and success metrics, from traditional media like OOH and TV, to search, social, display, video, mobile, affiliates and CTV.
16. Understanding and proven experience of analytics, brand safety and data tools/interfaces (IAS, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker, Datorama).
17. Proven experience using any of the following advertising management tools such as: Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore, etc.
18. Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns and tracking results.
19. Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights of growth marketing campaigns.
20. Exceptional speaking and writing communication skills.
21. Fluent English.
22. Strong presentation and project management skills.
23. Hands-onexperience with developing and reporting metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management.
