We are hiring for one of our clients, who is one of the leading tire manufacturersSales HeadReports To:The Sales Head will report to the Executive Director and dotted live to VP International Sales. Responsibilities and Duties:Provide Sales and Post- Sales services to clients using the tire brands and trademarks owned by Compañia Hulera Tornel SA de CV and JK Tyre & Industries, Ltd. Perform administrative functions such as visiting and providing sales action plans for the assigned territory.Should be able to load technical discussion if required by the client and work with technical centers in India & Mexico for customer requirements. The Sales Head will be in constant communication and will hold meetings with the Executive Director for the establishment of work plans and evolution of results. Sales Head must comply monthly with a number of sales, portfolio collection, BBND, New business and profitability that will be set in the budget.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving revenue growth.Team Leadership: Build, manage and mentor a growing sales team, establish performance metrics, conduct regular coaching sessions and ensure alignment with company goals. Own the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing, ensuring an optimized and efficient sales process. Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting to the executive team on sales performance, key metrics and market feedback. Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier owners in our industry. Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace. Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows and exhibitions. Forming sales strategies and bringing new ideas forward to keep the company competitive and innovative. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving satisfaction through customer relationship management. Identify marketing and promotional activities along with Marketing head to improve branding. Qualifications:Bachelor´s degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position.Over 15- 20 years’ experience in tire sales.Being familiar with the tire sales in the Brazil market especially PCR, TBR farm and industrial. Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Depth knowledge of tire sales, account management and channel distribution. Ability and being willing to work with cross- functional and international teams.
