As part of our evolution, we are looking for a driven HR Manager to work alongside a talented team to support our business in Latin America and enable our ambitious growth plans by focusing on our most important asset, our people.Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for the Americas, and matrix to the Director of Latin America, this role will lead a team of HR professionals across Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, Brazil, and Chile, spanning across Business Partners, HR Operations, Recruitment, and Payroll.
As a key member of the HR management team, the successful candidate will define and lead a fit-for-purpose HR strategy, partner with COE leaders in driving our talent and rewards agenda, identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, as well as engage and develop a high-performing team.What makes this a unique opportunity?Be part of an organization with an inspiring purpose and a culture that truly values its people.Lead, inspire, and nurture a dynamic, highly engaged team of HR professionals.Make a lasting impact by crafting an HR strategy that highlights the value of the HR function and exemplifies true business partnership.Enhance your skills and grow through transformational experiences, mentoring, regional and global exposure.What are we looking for?Proven success in driving HR strategy by proactively partnering with diverse business units and functions.Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on delivering value, driving improvement, and embracing change.Experienced leader in team management, enhancing capabilities, and coaching for professional growth.Trusted advisor to leadership, with the courage to challenge the status quo and inspire innovation.Expert in designing and implementing organizational effectiveness programs that drive results.Track record of leading complex transformations and guiding senior leaders through significant changes.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of HR professionals in LATAM across business partners, HR Operations, recruitment, and payroll, focusing on high performance and continuous improvement.Cultivate trust and influence as a strategic thought leader and change agent, driving people and cultural transformation across Latin America.Translate business strategies into people priorities, aligning them with the company's vision to achieve business goals and delivering results.Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with our Global HR Strategy and Regional business priorities, as well as close collaboration with our regional HR COEs.Define and deliver a talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent for today and to prepare for tomorrow.Assess data, interpret information, and present insights on organizational effectiveness and performance.Conduct one-on-one coaching with leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and continue to foster a diverse and inclusive culture.Lead complex organizational transformations and advise leaders on human capital strategy.Ensure consistency in deployment of global people processes across Latin America.Work with each LATAM country HR Partners and teams to position the HR organization as a key strategic partner and in close communication with LATAM leaders and country managers.Elevate the HR function by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.Facilitate change management processes and support leaders through organizational changes.Utilize people analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of work experience in roles of progressive complexity with at least 3 years in a leadership role, with particular strength in organizational design and performance management, leadership development, DE&I, and coaching.HR COE and/or Organizational Development consulting experience is a plus.Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.Experience working in a matrixed environment.Driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.Ability to travel up to 20%.If you are looking for the next step in your career and the expectations of the role and our purpose inspire you, we welcome you to apply!
