**A Day in the Life**:
- People and team leadership
- Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic products and services to existing and potential physicians and Hospitals
- Sales Agent management (sales funnel control, credit approval, performance, order booking, delivery)
- Knowledge about E2E process (Direct and indirect channel)
- Participation in weekly calls with accurate forecast
- Implement market development plans/strategies and quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Work directly and closely with doctors and KOL
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at staff in-services and physician seminars.
- Fiscally manage territory by controlling expenses, product returns, and product inventory.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals, and referral sources to establish a solid base of business.
- Coordinate daily support activities and customer activities at meetings as assigned.
- Complete administrative reporting as assigned.
- Partner with clinical team to support doctors providing clinical days and HCP education.
- Close partnership with internal stakeholders: marketing, customer service, logistics, strategic accounts an example.

- Bachelor's degree
- English (advanced)
- Business experience (medical device/ interventional cardiology, coronary, tavi)
- Leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills; team and business oriented; conceptual/consultative sales skills.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
**Nice to Have**
- Sales experience of Coronary and TAVI medical devices
- Demonstrated skills in business planning, consulting, and territory financial analysis.
- Territory analysis to stablish action plans.
- Demonstrated success in a business position.
- Able to learn about Medtronic business environment.
- Experience in identifying economic drivers to maximize performance.
- Basic data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates understanding of profitability and can balance company and customer goals.
- Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
