Job Description
1. Manage the Human Resources and HR Operations areas;
2. Responsible for the HR subsystem, such as: R&S, T&D, R&B, Payroll and Salaries;
3. Identify and develop talent within the organization, creating succession plans and ensuring that the company has a strong and diverse leadership pipeline;
4. Plan and implement climate and culture management projects, as well as leadership development and improvement.
5. Collaborate with a leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives, such as talent retention, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, among others;
6. Manage relations with unions and represent as the Company's Representative in Labor Disputes;
7. Manage all issues related to Payroll, Benefits, Leaves, Vacations, Labor Regulations, compliance with local and international laws, among others.
Requirements
1. Complete degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or similar;
2. Advanced English is mandatory;
3. Availability to travel;
4. Spanish will be an advantage.
