Solution Architecture Consulting
- Create and develop technical architectures for advanced and complex Technical Services domain projects
- Provide guidance and architectural oversight during solution fit, requirements, and design to ensure that the end to end solution remains aligned to the Technical Services domain strategy and target architecture
- Provide architecture and design guidance to Software Architects and Application Architects globally
- Work across technology areas to identify and resolve complex and high-impact issues related to the inter-dependencies between systems on major projects
Solution Governance & Technical SME
- Monitors compliance of architecture solutions ensuring they align to Domain and EA guidelines
- Participate in architecture and solution design reviews as part of the project delivery process or EA processes to ensure solution aligns with strategy
- Strongly advocate and pro-actively promote awareness of the Technical Services domain architecture portfolio to the Center-Lead Delivery Team and Regional IT teams
- Maintain extensive knowledge of industry trends in the Technical Services domain space Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or 7 years equivalent experience
- Experience in Enterprise Integration, SOA Governance and Process Automation, E-Commerce solutions including Boomi, Tibco, API Gateway.
- 5+ years in implementing integration solutions for B2B is required (Tibco and Webmethods preferred)
- 7+ years of IT and business/industry work experience designing solutions using Platform as a Service offerings and/or Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solutions
- 5+ years of direct Integration, Application development and Solution Architecture experience
- 3+ years implementing ERP solutions that required significant external system integration, with tools such as Peoplesoft and SAP
- Experience in the latest enterprise operating systems including Linux, Unix or Windows including the ability to administer, configure, tune and troubleshoot complex environments.
- Strong conceptual strength, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization
- Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and functional teams to gather business requirements and translate into a technical solution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people
- Experience working with external partners to evaluate business needs and define requirements and architecture
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
- Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues
- Proven experience leading, developing, and influencing teams in a global, matrixed organization
- Business fluency in English and Spanish

- Familiarity with Project Delivery Process (PDP) Methodology
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall development methologies
- Experience leading technology assesments
- Experience with business case development
- Experience with multiple integration technologies
