We are looking for a **Head of Employee and Labor Relations LATAM **based in **Bogotá Colombia **or **São Paulo, Brazil **.
The LATAM Head for Employee and Labor Relations (ER&LR) has overall responsibility to lead and advise the regional delivery of ERLR globally scaled processes.
You will help strengthen functional expertise and eye for business, drive proactive partnerships using data & analytics with our partners and improve a more seamless collaboration in delivering against our OneHR priorities.
This role will work with fellow Regional Heads and Global Lead on strategies to run employment risk effectively and lead all aspects of the partnership with the Employment Law team in the Law Department.
The ERLR Head will drive proactive initiatives to increase ER&LR awareness with Managers & Employees and will support any ad hoc workforce events (M&A, Divestitures, etc.) requiring ER or LR involvement.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Lead and complete the long-term operational strategy of ER/LR. Proactively partner with critical stakeholders, including managers, Law Department and BUHR to build a workplace environment where our employees can thrive.
- Builds an extensive external professional network to maintain an appropriate view of the workplace and marketplace. Stay current on regional employment practices. Maintain a solid knowledge of standard processes.
- Act as the most senior ER&LR leader on operational complex issues that need resolutions or partner concern.
- Provide Labor Relations expert advising services to BUHR and Businesses (CBA administration and negotiation, LR procedures as well as corrective counseling). They You will provide overall Labor Relations support throughout the collective bargaining process.
- Lead Global Services HR peer relationships required to support efficient delivery of end to end HR Processes (i.e. Total Rewards, Process Excellence Operations, Talent Acquisition, payroll).
- Assess team member’s workload and performance, ensuring accurate assignment of cases and workload balancing to deliver targeted Service Levels.
- Define, model and enforce standards for maintaining a confidential and critical work environment.
- Foster a culture of meticulous adherence to standards, process excellence and continuous improvement.

- Develop a solid pipeline of global, diverse leaders within HR Global Services.
- Accountable for the effective management of Employee & Labor Relations matters (grievances, discipline) measured by resolution of service requests within defined time periods, levels of accuracy and quality standards; meeting established cost to serve rates and customer satisfaction levels.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with Specialization in HR, Employment Law or related discipline is required.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience required
- Knowledge and experience of the ER & LR process is required, including union CBA negotiations and agreements.
- Experience in the delivery of HR Services in shared services environment is preferable
- Strong track record of People leader experience is required.
- Experience leading sophisticated investigations, including preparation of written investigation reports. Strong English written skills. Bi-Lingual skills preferred to support LATAM
- Experience using data/investigation feedback to identify insight and recommend
- improvement plans to the business
- Experience managing and implementing projects /strategic change initiatives.
- Ability to establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while building employee-centric repeatable and sustainable processes
- Proven success in establishing, managing, and empowering a virtual team
