You will lead the design and implementation of warehouse solutions, including automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimization of warehouse layouts, ensuring efficient space utilization, smooth material flow, and effective storage systems.Responsible for developing, evaluating, and implementing warehouse automation solutions, such as sorting machines, conveyor lines, etc.
Experience in equipment implementation is preferred;Develop, evaluate, and implement automation systems to increase operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and streamline manual processes.Conduct in-depth analyses of warehouse equipment capacity, productivity, and cost.
Use these insights for capacity planning and optimization of warehouse operations, aiming to maximize throughput while controlling costs.Work on productivity index development and cost optimization strategies to improve warehouse operations and maintain high performance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
