The Manager Franchise will plan, implement, and monitor commercial capabilities projects focused on Phygital initiatives through a collaborative process with bottlers and key internal stakeholders to capture market value opportunities, increase NPS, and deliver business targets for the region. He/she is responsible for understanding local needs, defining the roadmap, unleashing bottler potential through better execution, and prioritizing capabilities tools implementation for the region.
JOB DESCRIPTION
For the 5 Bottlers in the Region, he/she will be responsible for:
1. Lead and facilitate strategic and annual business plans, ensuring plans reflect mid-to-long term growth strategies.
2. Deeply understand local customers’ needs in Key Channels to develop plans/commercial tools to increase revenue, transactions, volume, and NPS.
3. Improve internal processes, support tools implementation, and RTM revisions to maximize speed and effectiveness of the company's response to changing market conditions and enhance VTM.
4. Support RTM implementation and evolution.
5. Lead B2B implementation.
6. Support functional areas in developing and executing regional marketing plans.
7. Continuous analysis of Bottler performance to identify and develop plans to address business opportunities.
Accountable to provide information, feedback, and inputs for National plans such as VTM, Distribution Agreements expansion, and Commercial Capabilities plans based on local consumer and customer needs, and validate execution assumptions.
Build and control operations DME, Capex, and Opex assuring alignment with bottlers and correct budget allocation in order to address strategic priorities.
Experience Requirements:
2+ years within the KO System or within the industry.
Desired Marketing and Commercial experience.
Experience with Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy or Commercial Capabilities Experience and understanding of the Non-Alcoholic Beverages industry and its main distribution channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and On-Premise).
Portuguese and English are required.
