Training in biomedicine, nursing, biology - health area as mandatory

**Skills required**
- Requires the ability to speak effectively to bio-medical engineers and/or health care providers in order to gather the necessary detailed data from customers.
- Able to write narratives regarding the complaints
- Able to create Customer Letters - Must have good computer skills, effective keyboarding skills
- Must have excellent telephonic and listening skills
- Able To think critically to determine the type of questions which need to be asked to gather necessary information
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good customer service skill
**Principal responsibilities**
- Receive complaints about hospital products, these complaints may come from hospitals or product representatives.
- The service refers to the regions of Spain, Portugal and Latin America (98% Spanish).
- Send the information to the customer system (ICU) to open investigation into product failures, this information should be translated into English.
- Control of reporting deadlines of each country, contribution in investigations of processes and reports.
- Management of control and send letters responses of processes, intermediation between (ICU) and hospitals or representatives.
Follow-up of GCM - Global complaint management standards.
