**Eaton is looking for a Jr. Manufacturing Analyst at our Caxias do Sul/RS plant to join our team.**
**She/He will be responsible for**:
Represents SCM IM&S in all Eaton brazilian sites, providing the purchasing needs for internal customers.
Responsible for the procurement of a large variety of complex materials and services to effectively support the production requirements for the plants; oversees the review and negotiation of purchase price, quality, availability, delivery, and other factors necessary to ensure the overall conformance of materials purchased to manufacturing specifications and overall company production objectives. Meets cost avoidance, cost out and inflation targets.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Understands internal customers’ requirements (quality, cost, timing) to assure supplier base products/services attend them;
- Contributes to and deploys SCM strategies, sourcing process and supplier selection at plant level quoting, negotiating prices & conditions and expediting orders;
- Controls plant suppliers’ and respective material/services data input for order processing and keeps supplier data and contracts complete and up-to-date in Eaton's systems;
- Is the SCM IM&S representative at plant level and supports on daily issues related to purchasing, cost-out projects, as well as sales of surplus and assets;
- Builds relationship with internal customers to create strategy alignment and effective negotiation rounds;
- Promotes and develops plant level cost-out solutions (productivity gains, synergy supplies, optimal quality & processes, new technologies, price adjustment requests), focusing win-win solutions, professional diplomacy and gaining trust within and out of the organization;
- Is up-to-date with Corporate SCM drivers and works in advance for opportunities;
- Promotes continuous improvement activities with suppliers for performance and cost improvements;
- Defines and applies reliable data analysis to monitor KPI's;
- Leads projects and supports others as team player;
- Practices continuous improvement in self-development;
- Complies and publicizes Eaton SCM procedures and values.

**Qualifications**:**
Experience required for the position**:
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Adm/Engineering/Supply Chain Management;
- 1-3 years of professional experience in SCM procurement or related area;
- Advanced English;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc;
- Knowledge of purchasing management including vendor selection, purchasing, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement;
- Negotiation Skills.
- Self-started and Self-disciplined;
- Fast learner;
- Drive for results, change & adaptability;
- Interpersonal communication skills and professional presence;
- Strong communications and customer care skills.
**Desirable experience for the position**:
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle and SAP mainly);
