**Job Profile / Activities**:
**Job **duties include but are not limited to the following**:
- Deliver change management for Global Finance Department strategic projects - inclusive of change planning, determining Global Finance Department messages, content creation, review, and communication
- Deliver training for business partners to learn content of the Global Finance Department strategic projects and their role in it - inclusive of change planning, content creation, and communication
- Ensure change strategy for assigned projects is integrated with the overall Global Finance Department change management strategy
**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Requires a bachelor's degree
**Experience**:Demonstrated experience within Change Management; Prior experience leading change management efforts; Demonstrated experience in creating communications and presentation materials for a variety of audiences
**Language**:Pre-advanced English is required
**Travel**:The position requires a willingness to travel for both domestic and international business opportunities (5-10%)
**Behavioral skills**:The incumbent must demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, initiative, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Needs to be able to deal with conflicts, take enterprise point of view, manage multiple projects at the same time, work under pressure with tight timelines and lead with Our Values in Action.
Power BI experience, or willingness to learn independently.
