In aerospace, transportation, defence, security and space, our architects design innovative solutions that make our tomorrow's possible.Project ManagerThis position is hybrid model in our São Bernardo do Campo unit.Position SummaryReporting directly to the Domain Director and having a matrix report to the PMO Manager, the mission is to coordinate and lead medium-sized programs and projects of medium to high complexity, in a clear and objective manner, seeking to ensure that the products/services are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Client and the Company, aligned with the expected cost, schedule, and performance of the Company, taking into account the satisfaction of both internal and external clients, until the conclusion of the contract and the activities related to its formal completion.Key Areas of ResponsibilityRepresenting the company to Clients and partner companies in the project;Managing customer relations (information, supply, revisions, contract amendments, complaints, etc.), making sure that all contractual requirements are met in order to ensure customer satisfaction;Ensuring that the Thales, Chorus management system, which includes the good practices, instructions and activities described in process 5.2 PRJ - Manage Project, is put into practice during the execution of the project;Evaluating the main aspects of the project, determining the main objectives to be achieved, organizing the project planning (schedule, dashboard, forecast, etc.) and presenting it during the project kick-off meeting (Launch Review - ref. process 5.2 PRJ - Manage Project);Managing cross-functional projects by identifying critical points, risks, strategy and prioritizing team efforts as necessary;Organizing the project team and resources by identifying necessary knowledge and skills;Working closely with functional management to determine budget requirements and resource needs for projects;Executing project deliverables;Holding regular project monitoring meetings, with the participation of representatives from the company's operational areas (Core Team); Influencing the work of the team members and being the facilitator responsible for the progress of the group (project/program team);Identifying, during the execution of the project, possible deviations that could affect the delivery schedule, costs, increase or decrease in the scope of supply, technical deviations (analyzing together with Engineering), for which appropriate corrective measures must be taken by the areas involved under the coordination of the Project Manager;Responsible for complex decisions and practical, objective action;Defining problems/needs and solutions to problems of substantial impact.
