**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team.
As a Business Analyst at OrangeHRM Software (Pvt) Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our technical solutions.
You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop clear and concise business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Perform data analysis and create visualizations to support decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet quality and timeline standards.
- Continuously identify and propose process enhancements and efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Knowledge of (specific software or industry-related knowledge) is a plus.
- Having worked on a Product Level Business Analysis role would be an added advantage
