Responsibilities:Implementation of Netafim Global Quality Policy and procedures.Engage all employees in quality mindset and continuous improvement.Improve processes, standards, procedures and work instructions.Create skill matrix, training and improve the knowledge of the quality team and assure that the quality skills are defined for all employees.Manage internal audits (such as process audits, QMS audits, QMA – Quality Maturity Assessment).Manage external audits and assure the required certifications.Manage effective and efficient QMS at the plant.Communicate with local Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Planning Team to achieve best in class level of quality.Follow up/check quality control and lab equipment are running properly.Making GEMBA and follow up that all floor activities running according to Netafim procedures.Manage equipment calibration routines and GR&R.Manage/follow up QC and lab activities.Create training program for quality activities for the quality team, technical team, and operators.Manage/follow up customer complaint and prepare/lead 8D analyses, FMEA accordingly, follow-up TDL activities; if necessary, perform visits at the field, analyze problem on site and support the sales team.Lead/Manage quality TIER-1 and Tier 2 meetings.Participate in corporate and local meetings (regional Quality Review, MOR, MQR, OPEX, etc).Prepare MQR presentation, present it to corporate and local team at monthly basis.Create and follow the Audit plan.Prepare and manage the yearly quality deployment plan.Implement knowledge sharing / learning from other sites.OpEx Management:Implementation of Netafim Global lean framework.Prepare and manage the OpEx deployment plan and routings.Assure the highest level of 5S+ and Tier meetings.Manage the OMA (OPEX Maturity Assessment) 5S+ audits and KPIs.Drive and train the people with lean methodology and tools.Facilitate lean activities such as Kaizens and SMEDS.Implement knowledge sharing / learning from other sites.Lead / Manage lean meetings and regular reports.Qualifications:Graduation: Engineering or related areas.
Desirable Postgraduate or MBA.Idiom: Advanced English (conversation, reading and writing).Experience: Successful experience as Quality and OpEx manager in an industrial environment.Proven successful experience as Quality and OpEx Manager.Proven knowledge and experience managing and developing QMS according to ISO-9001 or higher QMS standards.Internal auditor certification – Desirable.Proven experience in an Industrial organization and production.Deep understanding of QMS, Quality Tools, Quality Control, Lean and Six-Sigma.Knowledge and experience implementing Lean and Six-Sigma.Formal certification in quality, lean and Six-Sigma - Desirable.Experience with SAP QM module - Desirable.Experience in extrusion and injection – Desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
