Position Summary
The Relocation Analyst acts by delivering destination services to our clients.
Services include but may not be limited to destination services, home rental, intercultural services, and ongoing assignment support.
And, by the end of assignment, Relocation Analyst delivers Departure services.
Relocation Analyst has direct contact with transferees and client.
Functions and Responsibilities

- Alignment of employees needs through calls and constant communication with them and HR teams
- Destination Services - delivering and coordinating - such as Home & School Search, Orientation Tour, Settling In, Departure, etc.
- Coordinates the relocation of foreigners who come to work in Brazil, managing their moves to other countries, as well, working together with our partners and other SIRVA's offices.
- Managing expiry dates, reports and system
Main Activities
- Delivery of Destination Services - Airport Transfer, Temporary Accommodation, Orientation Tour, Home Search, School Search, Interculturaland Language Training, Settling In Services, Departure, and ongoing assignment support (maintenance of properties)
- Input data into SIRVA's main database of information of each Destination Services delivered (Service Engine - SE)
- Coordinate with all internal departments/functions to ensure successful employee experience
- Communicate with client HR regarding exception management specific to the employee
- Provide HR status updates on the relocation process of their employees
Education and Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Fluent English
