**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Tax Senior Associate for the Global Mobility team based in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro or Sao Jose dos Campos (Brazil) - location to be determined, but the work will be performed remotely.
As part of our team, you will be inserted in a Global Mobility Tax team and will learn the International and Brazilian tax dispositions linked to the workers who moved from Brazil to abroad or moved to Brazil from abroad.
You have to be able:
- to have a tax briefing both in Portuguese and English
- to prepare/check the Brazilian tax returns
- to run estimation (gross to net and net to gross)
- to analyze inbound regime eligibility
- to day by day advise clients on Global Mobility topics (assignment, business travellers, remote working...)
- to manage the biggest Global Mobility policy, equity plan, etc.
Therefore, you will be the bridge between the individual, the company and the tax authorities.
You will frequently liaise with people of various cultures and nationalities, both inside and outside our newly established organization.
You will become an expert in the personal income tax aspects of global mobility and gain knowledge on strategy around global mobility and much more.

**Essential requirements**:
- Master's degree in Law, (Applied) Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Labor Law Consultant or a bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Taxation
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Attitude for numbers and technology/innovation
- Accurate, have a critical mind-set, good writing skills and able to work in a team
- Well-organized, stress resistant and able to meet (tight) deadlines
- Knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office Package, ie Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attitude to analysis and problem solving
- At least 3/4 years of experience in this field, better if in other similar professional firms
