Check payroll amounts fortnightly/monthly, support processes related to employee service and quality of life.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Responsible for the entire process relating to employee payroll: biweekly payment, monthly payment, termination calculation, overtime, vacation, on call process.Maintenance and verification of our Timekeeping System and support to our employees regarding this process.Ensure the application of Remuneration and Benefits policies.Control and execution of monthly movements such as promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, etc.Conducting annual meritocracy processes, providing managers with compensation data for their teams, managing and applying the desired movements in the system.Data analysis and construction of cost scenarios for implementing new fixed and/or variable remuneration strategies, including the adoption of new benefits or review of existing ones.Support in union negotiation processes by providing data and building scenarios for better decision making (impact of costs on payroll, etc.).Support and preparation of people cost budget.Calculation of PPR/Bonus.Participate in negotiations with benefit providers.Preparation and monitoring of area indicators.Prepare salary proposals for employee promotions/merits through budget analysis of areas/cost centers and staff control, aligned with the remuneration strategy.Prepare and present management reports on costs, distribution and competitiveness in the organization, in addition to preparing monthly indicators.Analyze the Company's accident rate and carry out preventive/corrective actions aimed at raising awareness of the use of the health plan and reducing accidents.Conduct programs and actions related to quality of life and well-being (mental, financial, physical health).Preparation and maintenance of Policies.Provide support to support areas with information pertinent to remuneration and benefits.Ensure the dissemination of knowledge about our compensation model and processes to managers.Prepare and update the organization's job descriptions, collecting the necessary information from the occupant and validating with their superior, providing input for Recruitment and Selection, succession program, legal requirements and possible Labor Processes.Evaluate and classify positions, using a formal methodology as an official tool.Provide assistance to employees, clarifying and resolving doubts relating to the HR and Remuneration area.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :Languages: Intermediate English or Spanish preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personnel department.Previous experience in the area, in large companies.Education: Complete higher education in management and/or related areas.Essential knowledge of current labor legislation.Advanced knowledge of labor routines (vacation, termination, payroll, etc.).Mandatory Advanced Excel.Differentiator: Having worked with the WorkDay, ADP Expert and Power BI systems.Knowledge of Personnel Administration / Payroll / Benefits Management / Labor Legislation.What Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
