Experience in creating strategic products, driving from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams. Experience with developing/launching software products and technologies from inception till final delivery. Additional advantage: Prior work experience with product management responsibilities within multiple markets or different clients. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Manage a group of products or features for a specific (multiple regions) applicable Product line globally. Contribute to study roadmap: Identify customer needs, pain points, use cases, trends, and related services to help build a roadmap of studies to evaluate and improve customer experience. Manage ambiguity: Independently take steps necessary to understand complex technologies and customer use cases across a variety of customer personas and product categories to produce meaningful insights that drive improved customer experience. Invent and simplify methodologies: Plan, design, and develop a portfolio of methodologies, tools, and systems for data collection and data analysis. Continuously innovate and improve processes to optimize efficiencies. Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementations schedule. Design and execute product roadmaps for launching Connected Vehicle solutions across markets globally especially for SA, EE, MEA and IAP regions for smart cars. Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential suppliers. Translate business requirements into development user stories for developers to start building the product. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the platform supports the product features and is easily adaptable to future customer needs. Build relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of the Connectivity solutions and work alongside Global PMs. Continuously research industry developments, new market trends and understand how our products are performing with current customers. Use business cases to make the case for new products/technology. Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the product and business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science engineering, Information technology, Electrical engineering, Digital Business programs or related degree field. Experience in creating strategic products by driving from conception to launch phase. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Minimum of 3 years of product experience. DESIRABLE SKILLS
Knowledge of market analysis and On/Off-board technical view. Product work experience in international markets. Interpersonal relationship. Creativity in finding simple solutions.
