Roles and Responsibilities:
The Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the service delivery team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers.
This includes monitoring service performance, managing customer relationships, managing service delivery operations, and resolving service issues.
The Senior Service Delivery Manager is also responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, developing service delivery strategies, and ensuring compliance with service delivery standards.
In addition, the Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for driving service improvement initiatives and developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers.
Experience/Exposure:
Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with relevant experience.
Relevant Cloud knowledge (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management).
Good understanding & hands-on experience required in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database.
Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is a plus.
Hands-on experience in any of the hyper scalers (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.
Advanced English.
