Technical Sourcing Expert / Recruiter - Blockchain Exp. Mandatory
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier tech and blockchain talent. You’ll work closely with our recruitment team to build pipelines for high-demand roles and ensure our clients have access to exceptional candidates.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Identify, source, and engage potential candidates for various technical roles in blockchain, crypto, and technology sectors.
2. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
3. Candidate Experience: Create a seamless and professional candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and timely feedback.
4. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on blockchain and tech industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and align on search strategies.
6. Data-Driven Sourcing: Use data analytics and reporting tools to track sourcing metrics, such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source of hire.
Requirements
1. Experience: 2+ years in a talent sourcing or recruiting role, preferably within the blockchain, crypto, or tech industry. Open to other backgrounds too.
2. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of blockchain and crypto technologies, roles, and skill sets.
3. Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) and Boolean search techniques.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
5. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
6. Data Orientation: Skilled in data-driven sourcing with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize key sourcing metrics.
