Purpose & Scope
The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales goals in the assigned territory by promoting Astellas products and services to physicians and other medical personnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Customize promotional messages for different stakeholders using various tools
* Influence team members and high-complexity customers
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the same therapeutic area
* Market access knowledge
