Responsible for managing policies, strategies, and guidelines in the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) area, aiming to ensure the company's appropriate levels of inventory and necessary supplies within established timelines to meet the sales volume and business needs of the Manaus, Pindamonhangaba and Sumaré Polypropylene Compounds unit.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Ensure appropriate fulfillment of business and customer needs through proper direction and guidance in production planning, inventory management (raw materials and finished products), and transportation aligned with internal strategies and policies.
- Encourage the maintenance of the organizational culture in safety, health, and environmental responsibility defined by the company, through personal example, influence, and direction of IBP and S&OP activities within the precepts of Operational Excellence.
- Safeguard profitability by not exceeding but seeking to reduce expenditures established in the logistics area budget, through constant monitoring of planned/actual and establishing alignment and corrections (action plan) when necessary to meet goals.
- Ensure quality mitigation of possible supply failures, impacts on internal and external customers by developing strategies with the quality area and effective execution of supplier qualification plans within established procurement policies, instructions, and routines.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the area by establishing "key" performance indicators and their proper monitoring and tracking aligned with the company's strategic planning.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels (raw materials and finished products) despite a volatile demand scenario, possible supply interruptions, import barriers, and inefficiencies in service providers.
- Ensure quality, capacity, and timely product supply to customers, especially when outsourced, due to additional volumes requested by customers not captured in the supply demand and sales forecast.
- Ensure stability and maintenance of fixed and variable costs of inputs and services amid constant adjustments due to inflation and exchange rate volatility.
- Facilitate the succession process and continuous development of the team through the correct use of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) tool and definition of an annual development/training plan.
- Encourage a culture of teamwork, greater motivation, and engagement of employees through mutual cooperation and effective management/maintenance of interfaces between different areas of Lyondellbasell's business.
**Min. Qualifications**:
- Completed Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Engineering, and/or related courses.
- Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, and/or IBP/S&OP or similar, preferably in multinational companies.
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Operational knowledge of ERP Datasul.
- Basic Computer Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of regulations, standards, and international standards applicable to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/TS 16949).
- Performance Indicator Management - BSC (Balanced Scorecard).
- Ability to manage conflicts and establish a trusting relationship, securely, with quality and productivity.
- Problem-solving skills collaboratively, anticipating market and business needs.
- Deep familiarity with the supply chain (Materials Handling Specialist, Inventory Management, and Production Planning).
- Broad Business and Product Knowledge.
