The IT Business Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform analysis of business and operational processes, data, and functions for Brazil processes.
- Compare best practices among processes, identify standard functions and features across the Countries and identify propose opportunities for reengineering, standardization and ultimately automation
- Configure processes in the workflow systems
- Produce operational business requirements for Brazil Markets and TTS Processes
- Document operational process and procedures required to support rollout of RPAs to integrate CitiDocs (workflow management system) with Backend systems.
- Map the business requirements to the proposed global and regional systems, especially the integration between CitiDocs (workflow management system), Backend systems and RPAs.
- Produce the respective test cases for the operations project team to certify the quality of the coming out of integration interfaces development from requirements phase to final integration/testing
- Conduct the operational process review sessions, documenting "as-is" process and suggesting "to-be" processes based on best practices along with CSC & Country, operational teams and relevant processing SMEs.
- Suggest process improvement opportunities for best utilization of systems being implemented
- Providing operations level support to users before, during and post cutover phases of the project
Qualifications:
- Business analysis experience - minimum 2-3 years
- Proven experience working with Workflow management systems
- Technology SDLC knowledge and Basic programming skills
- Knowledge of current markets processes as FX and derivatives.
- Significant knowledge of Business analysis Analytical methodologies, tools, techniques
- Significant operational experience and expertise on efficiency and productivity project management
- Strong skills required in senior management presentations and reporting
- Good exposure to technology and automation ideally with direct experience of process improvements through implementing technology projects and development
- Demonstrated ability in delivering expected results, following up with functional partners for execution of responsibilities etc.

- Excellent communication skills written and oral in both English and Portuguese
- Able to work as a team integrating regional and global Teams
- Fluency in English
