In a context of expanding its product portfolio and professionalizing its management, recognized for the quality of its products and innovation in all areas, the industrial sector company, well positioned in its segment of activity, is looking for a new leader to work as Supply Chain Manager.The professional will be responsible for restructuring the area, strengthening the company’s culture of high performance and innovation, playing an active role in the areas of Production Planning and Control (PCP), Materials Planning and Control, Inventory and Production Management.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement policies and processes aligned with the company’s growth strategy;Analyze and interpret performance indicators (KPIs) to support decisions and present results to the board;Ensure alignment between purchasing and production, considering aspects such as minimum batch, replacement batch, lead times and delivery planning;Maintain continuous analysis of new suppliers, evaluating their ability to meet the company’s needs in terms of products and services, and develop strategic partnerships to optimize inventories and operational costs;Lead and develop a related team, providing guidance, training and support to achieve the company’s objectives, balancing operational efficiency and costs, as well as promoting a collaborative and results-focused environment;Act in a hands-on manner, in order to ensure and supervise the progress of production processes, ensuring compliance with internal logistics, production and transport plans, aligned with established goals;Manage contracts for the supply of materials and services, ensuring that contractual terms are being met and that contracting objectives are achieved;Monitor price fluctuations in the supply chain, as well as variations in demand that may impact the supply of inputs and acquisition costs, acting proactively to mitigate risks;Evaluate buyers’ performance in relation to prices, deadlines, contracts, stocks and service to internal customers, ensuring compliance with efficiency and cost-benefit goals;Work closely with other areas of the company to integrate supply chain processes with organizational culture, facilitating transformation and continuous innovation;Communicate clearly and objectively with different stakeholders, strengthening alignment between areas and ensuring transparency in processes;Identify opportunities to implement improvements in supply chain processes and technologies, promoting innovation and efficiency across the entire area.Requirements:Higher education in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related areas; postgraduate degree or MBA will be an advantage;Proven experience in Supply Chain management, especially in the industrial sector, with strong performance in PCP, materials planning and inventory control;Mastery of analyzing performance indicators;Excellent interpersonal communication, transparency and ability to lead teams in an assertive and collaborative manner;Experience in the Korp system is an advantage;Mobility to live in the Campos Gerais Region.CLT contracting format;
