Introduction to role: The Health Innovation Partner will develop key relationships within AstraZeneca brand teams and hospital account key stakeholders to deliver algorithms and other tech solutions that transform the hospital approach to patients' unmet needs, ensuring patients have access to the best care they need. The role will drive the delivery of innovative business solutions to build maximum competitive advantage.
Accountabilities:
Build strong relationships with AstraZeneca brand/strategic teams and hospital account key stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the short-term and long-term visions.
Collaborate with and support various team members, customers, and partners to develop and maintain technology project plans. Track progress using metrics and ensure timely implementation, while seeking feedback from both internal and external collaborators.
Develop business impact assessment of the projects managed, identifying risks and issues that may affect its implementation and scale up opportunities.
Present and gain commitment using specialist knowledge to gain commitment to established or new tech solutions.
Work cross-functionally with: IT Strategy, Planning & Innovation, Portfolio Management and Project/Programme Management functions to agree the future shape of proposed solutions and manage business expectations of outcomes.
Build solid understanding of local and global startups and companies that could solve the opportunities identified.
Be part of the AZ Network of Transforming Care initiatives, sharing solutions and inspiration from other countries within WESE space.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Identification and implementation of innovative technology solutions.
A track record of delivering results.
Experience of contributing to high value business cases & mobilising high value investments.
Experience with third party suppliers and have strong network and consulting skills.
Relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
Proven ability to relate and respond to business needs in an IT environment.
Experience in the health sector, preferentially on the hospital side.

High level awareness of developments in the Information Technology marketplace.

Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and vice versa.

Degree or relevant business qualification.

Advanced use of analytical tools like PBI, PowerAPPs, Excel.
