About the Job:
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing strategies, communications, and market analysis, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events to promote our brand and services.
2. Develop communication and marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Create and manage content for event promotion across multiple channels, including social media, emails, newsletters, blogs, and websites.
4. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure event campaigns support business objectives.
5. Manage vendors and partners to deliver successful events, from venue selection to contracting services.
6. Organize logistical aspects of events, including registration, promotional materials, schedules, and execution checklists.
7. Analyze event and campaign performance, measuring ROI and providing detailed reports on attendance, engagement, and participant feedback.
8. Ensure efficient use of resources, monitoring event budgets and coordinating marketing materials development.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines simultaneously.
* Availability to travel: 30-40%.
* Hybrid work model.
