**What are we looking for?
**
Product Development Coordinator for Body and Toiletries (B&T) categories, developing high performing, high quality products from inception through to launch.
Responsible for technical development of product as well as assuring timelines, project deliverables and resource needs are clear.
Needs to understand consumer needs, be passionate about diversity and inclusion in product, and competitive trends to develop high performing products in all key markets worldwide.
**What are the main responsibilities**:
Works closely with Marketing to identify and define innovative product concepts for B&T categories.
Uses technical methods and sensory testing to evaluate product performance and ensure targets are delivered.
Works with R&D partner functions and Market Research to qualify product safety, efficacy, compliance, stability and quality and to validate product performance with the consumer.
**Who is the person?
**
Expertise in formulation science and consumer led product design.
Ability to work with Marketing partners to develop a strong innovation pipeline.
Structured approach to problem solving, strong leadership and collaboration skills; supervisory experience desired.
This leader should demonstrate curiosity and a global mindset, adept at working across different cultures and passionate about people and planet.
**What you need to have?
**
Requires in-depth knowledge of available and emerging CFT ingredients, formulation and processing technologies.
Requires excellent organization, management and communication skills.
Experience with green/ sustainable chemistry and Design-to-Cost principles is a plus else would need to be quickly learned on the job.Category relevant experience a must
