Marketing Assistant
About the Role:
As a Marketing Assistant in Buenos Aires, you will support the team in executing marketing initiatives across digital, social media, events, and email channels. Your role includes content creation, campaign coordination, market research, and event planning. You will also assist with reporting, database management, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels (digital, social media, events, email, etc.).
* Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms and email campaigns.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for marketing strategies.
* Help coordinate and execute promotional activities, partnerships, and brand activations.
* Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
* Maintain and update marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign reports.
* Provide administrative support, including preparing presentations, tracking expenses, and coordinating meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or administrative role (internships included).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Note: This is a remote position with an initial three-month contract, with the potential for extension based on performance.
