What you'll do
- Be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
- Ensure the communication between internal and external stakeholders with the vision of achieve the goals defined.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
- Designing risk mitigation plan to avoid delays and wrong expectations.
- Follow closely the development of solutions following the best practices and patterns guarantying the overall alignment between cross teams.
- Be the responsible to identify good opportunity of knowledge and workforce transfer between our cross structures, organizing and documenting it.
- Handle planning and breaking down large projects into milestones and identifying risks and dependencies.
- Managing relationship between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Make the process and status clear to the team and cross ones.
- Ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality.
- Must create the environment to give the team the ability to enable solutions for complex problems.
- Interview new talents and balance the skills.
- Managing large and diverse teams; Lead the development team and guarantee the health of the team, motivation, and capacitation.
What you'll need
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
- Experience with Agile projects is a plus;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus;
