**What does **a Project Manager **do at Hogarth?
**
The Project Manager will play a vital role in the successful running of the project, alongside our client and internal team.
The PM will be a fan of Agile Methodologies and will bring its experience in previous similar roles.
The Project Manager will ensure that expectations are managed, and goals always met.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Help customers define scope, goals and deliverables.
- Create schedule and project timeline.
- Track deliverables and alarm when timeline, quality or budget of the tasks is likely to be impacted, presenting mitigation plan if needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Propose KPIs of the project to Production Lead and follow the plan to accordingly measure it.
- Maintain JIRA up to date including tasks that need to be fulfilled by other members of the team.
**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**:
This role reports to the Production Lead in Brazil.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leaders and other Global Teams.
**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- Fluent English Level.
- Experience managing projects.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, Project Scheduling, Budgeting.
- Heavy user of JIRA.
- Experience working with KPIs.
**Soft Skills**
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal team, partners and client facing.
- Collaborate with partners to present alternatives to risk assessments.
- Time management of its own deliverables as well as project assets.
- Critical and diagnostic thinking in understanding client's demands and knows what to ask for clarity purpose.
- Planner and organized.
- Ability to implement and control KPIs.
