The Marketing Operations Manager will help our Brazil expansion plans and be responsible for building and managing the marketing technology stack, automating marketing processes, and providing data-driven insights to support ABM campaigns targeting key. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, data analysis and the ability to optimize marketing workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. This manager will ensure data integrity, generate actionable reports, and contribute to the overall success of ABM initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Select, implement, and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other marketing technologies.
* Integrate marketing technologies to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to marketing and sales teams.
* Keep up to date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.
* Design and implement automated marketing workflows, including lead nurturing campaigns, email sequences, and trigger-based communications.
* Optimize marketing automation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Create and manage automated reports and dashboards.
* Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
* Develop and implement CRM workflows and processes.
* Provide CRM training and support to marketing and sales teams.
* Ensure that the CRM is aligned with the ABM strategy.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to provide insights into campaign performance and ROI.
* Generate regular reports and dashboards on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
* Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Help to create reports that can be easily understood.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Document marketing processes and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
* Help to create and manage target account lists inside of the marketing platforms.
* Ensure that the marketing data is aligned with the sales data.
* Help to create reports that show the impact of the ABM campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably within a B2B or ABM environment.
* Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong understanding of marketing processes and workflows.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Portuguese and English.
* Understanding of the LGPD regulation.
* Experience with ABM tools and platforms is a plus.
