Arquiteto Sênior SAP para AMS Qualifications: +10years of experience working with SAP projects / AMS Understanding of SAP modules and their integration Understanding of SAP Implementation process Knowledge about ITIL and ticket resolution / closing process Nice to have PMP, CSM, CSPM, or other Project management related certification. Nice to have ITIL or other IT Management certification. Knowledge about Service Know tool. Experience with business transformation and technology enablement AMS project delivery and an understanding of technology implementation issues and risk Experience with SAP AMS or system AMS including ticket resolution, maintenance planning, communication with stakeholders. Experience with communicating project status at various stakeholder levels. Detail-oriented, including ability to identify important details, ensuring items are not overlooked and consistent quality delivery of work, keeping the overall goals of the project in mind.
