Responsibilities:
1. Provide initial/tier one technical product support to customers remotely via inbound calls, email, live chat, video, etc.
2. Handle inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical product-related issues.
3. Gather information to identify and assess the nature of the problem.
4. Record incidents in a tracking system to maintain a log of product issues for escalation and product development teams.
5. Refer to transcripts or established processes in training manuals and guides to recommend solutions.
6. Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical product support specialists or engineers.
Requirements:
1. Requires general knowledge of the organization's products and/or services, policies, terms, and conditions.
2. Mid-level support role.
3. Completes routine technical/administrative tasks under moderate supervision.
4. Typically requires 1+ year of related experience.
