**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor degree
**Experience**:
- **3+ years of direct project management experience working with infrastructure teams in an agile environment
- Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion
- E xperience in deploying and configuring connectors
**Knowledge**:Advanced skillsets in project management tools (MS Planner, Azure Dev/Ops) and Previous agile training (sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective)
**Language**:Pre advanced English
**Behavioral skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, h igh degree of customer focus, s trong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skills, strong project management skills, team leadership skills.
**Desirable Qualifications**
- PMP certification preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Change Management Certification preferred
- Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable
- IT Service Management (ITSM) process & Root cause analysis (RCA) processes
**Job Profile / Activities**:
- Develop project schedule, project costing, and manage document control
- Develop and produce project management schedules.
- Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
- Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
- Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.
- Will work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
- Monitor progress of projects, discusses problems with affected areas, assures appropriate personnel are informed of problem and steps are in place to meet schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels both inside and outside the department, together with a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, with clear evidence of accountability and acting with a sense of urgency
