transportation.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuotation and Freight Management for Pharmaceutical Products and Clinical ResearchRequest and analysis of international and domestic quotations for sensitive cargo (refrigerated transport, temperature monitoring, specialized couriers).Negotiation with freight forwarders, carriers, and couriers to ensure competitive rates.Preparation of international freight quotations and customs clearance services considering urgency, special conditions, and competitive costs.Planning and Coordination of Sensitive ShipmentsManagement of shipments of pharmaceutical inputs, medicines, biological samples, and medical equipment.Coordination of the logistics chain to ensure cargo integrity (proper storage, validated packaging, thermal monitoring).Real-time tracking of cargo, with interventions in case of delays or operational deviations.Documentation Management and Regulatory ComplianceVerification and validation of Invoice, Packing List, AWB, BL, DU-E, DI, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.Ensuring compliance with requirements from Anvisa, MAPA, Receita Federal.Control of special authorizations, import/export licenses, and Certificates of Analysis to avoid customs holds.Monitoring of Special Transport ConditionsEnsuring the cold chain logistics, making sure the cargo maintains the required temperature.Use of data loggers and validators for temperature control and product integrity.Management of contingency plans and emergency responses to avoid impacts on clinical studies or pharmaceutical distribution.Relationship with Clients and Specialized SuppliersInterface between laboratories, CROs (Contract Research Organizations), clinical study sponsors, hospitals, and logistics providers.Service to internal and external clients, ensuring strict compliance with SLAs and problem resolution.Monitoring supplier performance indicators, proposing operational improvements.Cost Analysis, Optimization, and Performance IndicatorsComparison of logistics costs for optimization and best practices in the sector.Monitoring KPIs such as lead time, thermal integrity, logistics costs,
