As the global market leader in our telecommunications infrastructure space, CommScope is looking for an upbeat Account Manager to join a very successful and results-oriented team.
Here, you will provide outstanding customer service by understanding the customer and specific business units; delivering products, services, and solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
Preparation of sales forecasts and quotations; discussion with the sales director of the Annual Sales Plan, Weekly report for activities of the previous week and the plan of activities for the next. Participation in quarterly meetings with the sales team, coordination with the Business Unit (BU)/Products Line Manager (PLM) on new product strategies and for presentation of the products and solutions that will be presented to the clients, coordination with BU/Field Application Engineer(FAE) of demos for clients, coordination with the BU/PLM in the price approval and delivery terms, prepare reports of customer visits and distributors that serve as feedback for Sales, PLM and FAE.
Supervision of the distributors regarding price policy, stock level, contracts, trade shows, etc. Discussing with the legal area of terms and conditions of the contracts of clients and distributors.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
- Bachelors degree in engineer, computer science or related.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development
- Confirmed expertise in sales, new business development, account management and partner management.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry with particular understanding of FTTH networks - End to End solution, including active products (OLT and ONT).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written - able to assemble relevant information and effectively document and articulate findings to internal and external partners.
- Able to achieve revenue quota, maintain sales expenses under budget and take predictive measures as appropriate.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese languages.
- Able to travel.
