It is aimed to shape a sustainable future for agriculture and drive its biotransformation.When you join Rovensa Next you are not just joining a dynamic team of people gearing up to create a sustainable future – you are joining a team that is intent on making it a reality.Let’s grow greener!ResponsibilitiesCarrying out frequent visits to the fields, with reports on product performance strategically aligned with the manager.Setting up and running demonstration areas for the ROVENSA NEXT portfolio with commercially important clients.Conducting demonstration areas for use in publicity events.Identifying and reporting business opportunities to the commercial area.Suggesting marketing actions focused on increasing sales of strategic products.Promoting relationships with stakeholders in the region.Generating information on product performance at field level, which will be compiled by the coordinators.Assisting during technical/commercial training sessions for commercial partners, demonstrating field results at producer level.Making contact with potential customers in order to promote the company's products.Providing customer service, providing and receiving information on the performance of the products and services offered, in order to fully meet their needs.Participating in fairs and events, carrying out activities related to setting up the event, organizing the stand, and collecting and checking material at the end of the event.Managing, storing, and looking after materials such as tents, signs, and banners.Experience and knowledge expectedFull university degree in Agronomy;Postgraduate degree in Agronomy and/or related subjects desirable;Desirable experience in Plant Nutrition or Application Technology;Office package proficiency;Communication and good interpersonal skills.Rovensa Group is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
