The Global Nielsen Media Client Service & Sales team provides modern and effective services that meet client needs quicker, while giving Nielsen more control over how we service our clients.

The person filling this role is responsible for managing lower complexity client accounts with autonomy, making media analysis and renovation/upsell action plans.
He/she will also conduct internal improvement project.
We intend to develop this person to in the future be able to manage medium complexity clients and analysis, and develop innovation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Conduct client trainings and follow up with their on boarding with the platform.
- Conduct client performance analysis, one pagers, reports and benchmarks.
- Develop and conduct renovation and up sell/cross-sell action plans and tailor made presentation for clients.
- Take necessary action on contract validity, impression usage, and DBE/IBE status.
This includes contract renovation for active clients.
- Take action on "client listening" analysis, to strategically match their needs to our solutions
- Strive for consistently higher NPS score (minimum 7) and 100% renovation for book of clients by maintaining their satisfaction with our services and support high
- Develop and manage relationship with clients and maintain consistent weekly communication with them.
- Keep track of client usage of solutions and weekly encourage them on the usage if it's not being done, through one pagers, insights and active support and training.
- Conduct client meetings, take note of the minute and keep weekly track and report of developments.
- Identity, suggest and implement internal improvement project.
- Study and become "fluent" on use and all aspects and concepts involving Nielsen Media solutions DAR and Ad Intel.
- Look for experience with clients that use both.
- Work on My Voice specific project to help team have a higher work satisfaction
- Fulfill and act towards delivering the expected revenue from clients, unfilled, accounts receivable and input on Salesforce.
- Provide accurate forecast for Sales Management.
- Should have personal control of sales objectives achievement, evolution and action plan towards his/her goals.
Guarantee billing cash and collection, iterating on needed actions from Revenue Controller (BCC) and Sales Operations.
- Actively contribute to the internal Community - wins, best practices, facilitator for trainings, supporting Media team members in peak moments.
