We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify new business opportunities through pre-sales activities.
* Engage with customers (via KAMs) to address technical requirements, propose technological improvements, and align solutions with the product portfolio.
* Conduct technical demonstrations of technology solutions tailored to client needs.
* Deliver internal technical training to KAMs and channel partners, while actively contributing to sales strategies and new account acquisition plans.
* Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up.
* Understand IT department structures, hold technical/commercial discussions at multiple levels, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
* Experience in the role for 3 to 5 years.
* Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies.
* Proven commercial acumen and customer-facing skills.
* Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
* Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, reporting).
