ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Experience Strategist in the Digital Marketing Team, you'll be a key player in driving innovation.
Your role involves identifying and leveraging business opportunities to enhance digital marketing performance.
Collaborating closely with a cross-functional team, including a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, UX/UI Designer, and Project Manager, you'll contribute to the success of major digital projects.
**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Have a holistic and centralized view of BRP's digital marketing approach and performance
Participates in the development of business cases to justify and prioritize new projects
Present innovation projects to executives to gather their insights and engage their support
Interact with internal clients and external partners and dealers
Drive deep dive analysis that can bring the business towards areas of opportunity
Understand customer behavior and analyze user data in collaboration with the UX & Data teams
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiencies, acquisition, and conversion performance
Keep pace with the digital industry in terms of trends and best practices
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, e-business, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem (websites, CRM, social media, UX/UI design, eComm, analytics, connected objects, DevOps).
Proven ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into winning strategies
Experience in cost, risk, ROI assessment, and stakeholder management
Strong capacity to elaborate a digital product vision and roll-out plan according to business objective
Communication skills to translate digital vocabulary into comprehensive business recommendations
Knowledge of databases, APIs, and interoperability of systems in complex innovation projects
Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing products
