Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of services.
2. Ensure that all services are delivered on-time and within scope.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
4. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
5. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
6. Gather all completion information to handover service and ensure the service will be passed into the operation phase.
Qualifications:
7. Proven experience 2-3 years as Service Delivery Management, Project Management, Network Engineering or IT solution position.
8. Experience in SI company about ICT solution for 4 years”.
9. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
10. Strong leadership, analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving skill.
11. Flexibility and ability to work and enjoy working under tight deadlines and handle pressure.
12. Proven ability to lead & enable team and manage relationships with people for all level ranging from senior management to working team members trough collaboration and with high professionalism.
13. Good command of written and spoken English communication.
14. Telecommunication business knowledge.
