Job Purpose
Develop and deliver sustainable projects that have a tangible impact on the environment within Building Infrastructure. Identify, research, and analyze opportunities to reduce environmental impact, collaborating with stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sustainable projects according to business strategy, objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies.
* Implement strategies to achieve goals.
* Engage stakeholders to promote collaboration.
* Minimize consumption of natural resources.
* Reduce CO2 emissions.
* Monitor staffing, third parties, and contractors through KPIs and SLAs.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery meeting business and external needs.
* Support new customer startups for DSC.
* Provide analysis and quotations for new proposals of DSC.
Requirements:
* College Certificate or equivalent experience/qualification.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
* 5-7 years of relevant FM experience.
