Our client is a leading global Healthcare Equipments provider.
Tester will contribute/take part in the testing lifecycle of various CS&ES AM applications. The person will be involved in testing for various rollouts, while supporting the IT Service team with various testing activities and get involved in automation activities on need basis.
Task and Responsibilities
• Understood and guide the creation of Test Scenarios based on the Requirements.
• Responsible for creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.
• Carry out testing as per the defined procedures.
• Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.
• Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.
• Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Curate and manage the data required for executing the test scenarios.
• Setup and execute test scenarios or support the Functional Teams for the execution of Test Scenarios.
• Report on the progress of test execution. Capture the test evidence following the Quality guidelines.
• Record issues (defects).
Education: University degree in engineering/ computer science or similar
Technical Skills:
• Must be able to demonstrate expertise in manual and / or automated testing, negative testing, and regression testing.
• Must be able to support multiple activities in the testing lifecycle.
• Must be able to demonstrate experience in using Service Now/ HPQC/ Azure DevOps for managing test cases, test execution and recording and reporting test results.
• Contact/Call Center testing experience (optional)
• Interface testing/Data exchange testing
• Regression testing.
• Web and Windows (UWP) application testing and automation
• Test automation
• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
Non-Technical Skills:
• Must be able to communicate and work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Must possess the ability to collaborate remotely with the functional teams in Germany and the USA.
• Must be a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision
• Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved
• Must be an excellent team player
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
