**General job description**:
- To plan, direct, and control all operations in the assigned location in a way that provides the maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost-effective operation while meeting all company standards.
- Selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, and motivates a subordinate staff which includes Service Agent, Sr. Service Agent, Courier/Handler, and Couriers to maintain an efficient and effective operation.
- Controls and effectively utilizes manpower through planning, organizing, and scheduling to minimize loss of time, working within the framework of the capital and operating budgets.
- Monitors station performance reports; performs in-house and vehicle package audits; and monitors package sort.
- Ensures compliance with applicable company policies and operating procedures.
- Monitors and verifies delivery records, courier pick manifests, billing documents, case sales recap, and petty cash reports.
- Ensures emergency support, safety procedure compliance, country labor law compliance, and any other management support necessary for the effective operation of the station.
- Coordinates ODA deliveries with outside Ground Agents.
- Provides subordinates with information on pay, benefits, company policies, practices, and all other Operations and personnel related issues
- Activities related to people management: Time Management, Vacation Scheduling, Requesting and monitoring benefits and Training KPIa
- Activities related to Health and Safety: Injury and Accidents reports action plans to avoid accidents.
- Activities related to risk management/Security: Gate control of operational vehicles; PGR (value system), risk route planning and monitoring of High value packages.
**Minimum Requirements**
**Minimum education**
- Two years (2) years College Degree/Equivalent.
**Minimum Experience**
- Three (3) to Five (5) years business experience, including two (2) years previous experience in the airline or transportation industry. Previous supervision/management experience in the service industry strongly preferred.
