At Sana Commerce, we are looking for an Human Resources Manager for our Sri Lankan team. This role is a unique opportunity for all-around HR talent with international exposure. Sana Sri Lankan is a part of the Sana Global and you are part of the management team so that you can influence business priorities with HR insights. What youll be doing:
6. Be the ambassador of company culture in Sri Lanka.
7. Proactively introduce HR improvements to support and strengthen the business.
8. Manage and train the local HR team.
9. Set up a yearly HR plan including training options and engagement activities.
10. Be the contact points for HR related questions from manager and other departments like finance.
11. You will be reporting to the Director of Global HR based in the Netherlands and will need to collaborate with HR teams and managers from various regions, working across different cultures.
