You will join an energetic new team that has been reformulated around agile and DevOps with a strong sense of future improvement.Required EducationTechnical DiplomaPreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseProficiency in ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client and Server scripts, UI Pages, REST API, and Flow Designer.Knowledge of MID Server and direct/scripted web services.Experience with GitHub and DevOps tools.Proficiency in PowerShell, JSON, REST, SOAP, business rules, and script includes.Awareness of User Experience (UX) design principles.Experience working in an Agile environment.Knowledge of AI concepts to support the integration and development of AI services (IBM Watson preferred).Fluent or native-level English proficiency.Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceExperience in database administration, table management, stored procedures, functions, views, and indexes.Proficiency in PowerShell, JSON, REST, and SOAP.ServiceNow certifications are a plus.Over 4 years of experience in software development or related fields.Strong understanding of both SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, DB2) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).Knowledge of monitoring tools and concepts for Monitoring and Event Management.Experience in writing and executing Unit and Integration Tests as part of Test-Driven DevOps Development.About Business UnitThe IBM Finance organization is responsible for driving enterprise performance and transformation.
