**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
Driver New Business Models in LATAM from vision to reality by identifying digital farming ventures from ideation to commercialization across LATAM Crop Science organization and beyond.
Ensure a cohesive approach towards one single customer, ensuring best use of our resources (act small, think big) with focus in creating value creation and value capture advantage to BCS.
- Develop overall strategic direction for New Business Models in LATAM guaranteeing a long term vision and business transformation, but a realistic and success drive to deliver models in the short term to support development and perform of digital initiatives.
- Act along with each individual Venture, ensuring MVPs are developed and taken to commercialization in a sustainable and scalable way covering Desirability, Viability and Feasibility
- Support creation and prioritization of new ideias to ensure a constant pipeline to support vision of each target state.

- Attract, coach and inspire talents to build venture teams and enabling functions that will co-create these innovative solutions and business models.
- Influence, navigate and collaborate within different functions building a supporting ecosystem to deliver all pre-requisites to take Ventures and DFS to success.
This covers country, region and global within R&D, Strategy, commercial, marketing, IT, engineering and product.
- Work to create system and governance to handover commercial ideas from Venture to business ensuring a smooth and sustainable transition
- Communicate vision map, milestones and priorities to vs
- Streamline management metrics, success criteria, stage-gates, budget and hiring plan in collaboration across commercial/supporting functions.
Define business and financial case to outline investment requirement, along with short/long-term outcome
- Drive distinctive capabilities and economy of Scope across models and regions ensuring Ventures have enough resource and focus to drive and achieve milestones.
- Ensure senior leadership support, funding and prioritization of initiatives to ensure LATAM road map is in par with overall business size and strategic importance globally
- Evangelize an innovation mindset for both internal & external stakeholder by reinforcing vision, roadmap, success criteria & milestones for the ventures
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?
**
- Bachelor's degree with previous several years of experience with strong commercial influence skills;
- Strong influencing skills at senior level and high ability for strategic and conceptual thinking;
- Mandatory experience leading directly a complex cross-functional teams;
- Proven track-record to drive complex projects, agile organizations and purpose drive vision with a customer-first mindset;
- Experience in driving digital initiatives and/or innovation in the ag business;
- Strong business acumen;
- Ability to communicate effectively to different levels in the organization;
- Excellent writing and speaking in both English and Portuguese.
Spanish is a plus;
