You will lead the implementation of the Maintenance Excellence program across all BA LA plants, driving maintenance projects to minimize costs, prioritize workplace safety, ensure equipment availability, and achieve excellence.What you'll do:In this role, you will lead the development of our Maintenance Excellence program and Electrolux Manufacturing System tools.
You will identify key activities to improve our preventive maintenance processes, achieving better results in terms of equipment reliability, safety, cost optimization, and fostering a culture of excellence in maintenance teams.Implement Maintenance KPIs across all LA BA plants.Ensure that identified KPIs are monitored and stored within global databases for a monthly global dashboard.Drive monthly calls with Maintenance Managers, Supervisors, or Coordinators to ensure site targets are achieved and best practices are shared.Coordinate detailed data analysis and results review to determine necessary actions and drive recovery plans where required.Conduct physical audits of factories to assess alignment with the Maintenance Excellence program and provide training.Collaborate with factory teams to identify and implement improvement projects and initiatives.Work with Factories Maintenance Managers to develop annual budgets.Drive the failure analysis process and the FMEA process for new equipment.As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities.Who you are:You have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's is a plus);Experience in Maintenance or Manufacturing Engineering, preferably as a Leader;Knowledge of Environmental and Safety aspects, Lean concepts, and strong problem-solving skills;Experience in project management;Lean Manufacturing Knowledge and/or certification;Digital knowledge with examples implemented;Availability for travel;Advanced English; Intermediate Spanish is a plus.Where you'll be:You will be based at the São Carlos plant or the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba.In order to create a culture of inclusion and care for everyone's wellbeing, we offer the following benefits:Flexible work hours/hybrid work environment;Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services;Profit share bonus;Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (4 weeks);Insurance policy plan;Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path.As part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.#LI-Hybrid
