Our LATAM region is growing fast — and we're building a best-in-class support team to match.Position SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator based in São Paulo, Brazil to support Medit's LATAM commercial operations.
This role will serve as the backbone for the sales and channel team across Latin America, handling everything from order processing and rebate tracking to dealer onboarding and marketing program coordination.
You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Clinical, RA/QA, Trade Operations, and Finance across regions.

Spanish a huge plus.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Order ManagementRegister orders and generate quotations/invoices for LATAM dealers.Track manufacturing timelines and coordinate with Trade Operations on shipment documentation.Provide dealers with shipment tracking and commercial invoice details.Support accurate product setup in the Medit Partner Portal (MPP).Dealer & Partner CoordinationManage dealer onboarding processes (agreements, partner codes, SAP/e-approval forms).Track dealer AR status and follow up on overdue accounts in partnership with Finance and Sales.Apply promotional benefits and coordinate credit note workflows with internal teams.Collect and verify dealer sell-out and end-user documentation for rebate and university programs.Forecasting, Rebates & ReportingSupport monthly/quarterly forecasting and sell-in/sell-out reporting by dealer/country.Monitor rebate eligibility and compile performance metrics for program payouts.Assist with pricing logic (ASP/MAP) alignment and ensure promotional terms are accurately executed.Regional Sales & Marketing SupportAssign HubSpot leads to appropriate territory managers and track follow-ups.Support planning and execution of regional events and exhibitions in collaboration with Sales and Clinical teams.Provide administrative support for demo unit allocation and KOL honorarium documentation.Qualifications3+ years of experience in sales support, order management, or commercial operations (preferably in LATAM or global teams).Experience working with SAP, CRM systems (e.G., HubSpot), and MS Excel/Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.Professional fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish a strong plus).Prior experience in the dental/medical device industry or with channel partners is a plus.
